Friendly, Clean, and Quick service Whenever you are an enrolled patient. And on your initial Visit to become enrolled it takes a good 2 hours. (At the other clinics in the surrounding areas most take 1hr + to get in the building in the mornings, expect 6-8hrs to become enrolled, and to get a daily dose it can take anywhere from 30 min - 3hrs for your dose) {*If You want a little bit of the starting process}*Waiting for the doctor is your first step, but while you are waiting there will be A LOT of paper work. This is a medical enviroment, so they will need your history because they are responsible for your safety, to a certain point. And it helps knowing your medical and 'Personal' history so the Dr., Your counselour and dosing Nurse will know what is the best plan to help you get on the road to having your life back, quick and comfortably. I know Here at "Haltom City Treatment Services"- when I go in, each time, The Staff is kind and makes you feel like a close friend. They take an active intrist in you. So it's No Doubts, you know they Definitely want the BEST for You. As hard as it can be, getting any part of yourself to move forward, after realizing you got so far from everything you know... When you have not had anything to keep you motivated and you don't know what to do about your struggle with This particular addiction... You don't need to get out of society by in patient treatments, they just get you more medicated and confused. You are still a wonderful person and have a future in front of you. Start with treatment in a daily basis settings, start loving your self and your Creator, for giving you a heads up that YOU are still Needed for a Purpose that is bigger than your fall, You are Important and Matter a great deal. Dont give up! It's all going to get much better. You will be amazed at your strength. Great service they really care about you and want to give you the help you need

Ive been at this clinic for a while, they are so reliable and warm and welcoming. Ive guest dosed in other cities, been to Brentwood etc. This clinic is by far the most helpful in aiding any addict in their journey to recovery. Paul is my couselor he is so helpful and honest and actually CARES about what goes on with me and communicating what needs to happen on my part in order to get better.

My personal experience has been a fantastic one at this office, I have been to a few other locations and BY FAR this is the best. The director is, and has been amazing with me. Just recently I got a new counselor, who is Paul, he is a great guy, I actually CHOSE him. He is warm, welcoming and he always has a huge smile on his face, as well as everyone in this office. It has been an amazing experience in the continuance of my sobriety, coming to this office. Everything is on point, exactly how it is suppose to be and by the book. Debra the director prides herself in doing everything how it is suppose to be done. I love the nurse Debra, Shana the secretary is amazing, this is a warm, inviting office, I couldn't ask for a better office to be at. When your doing what you need to do, staying clean, and have you ducks in a row, you would say the same for this office. I am HIGHLY recommending this office or anyone trying to get clean and stay sober. If Paul is available to counsel you, REQUEST him!!!

Over the years I been enrolled in my fair share of Texas Methadone programs; the good, the bad, and the ugly... I'm at a loss to comprehend the negative statements regarding Paul. To a man I've never been surrounded by such a staff. Their attitude never rings false, just real nice folks doing their utmost to keep their patients moving forward... unfortunately I'm moving and have had to transfer. To Shauna up front, such a ray of sunshine served-up first thing each morning - to Debra in the back at the med window; no-one takes their job as seriously nor performs it with such competence. And Paul, my counselor, a stand-up guy if ever there was one. As you have said many times, "Just keep your side of the street clean" Thanks all, jeff

Very well organized. As a guest doser , they we're surprisingly inexpensive, very, very nice, No Judgment , just help and understanding !!

The staff at the Haltom City clinic are awesome!! They all care about their patients and no one judges you. Methadone works, if taken daily, on the right dose along with counseling. If you're struggling with opiate addiction, you should give methadone a shot.
